8. Repeal and savings of the Ordinance No.6 of 2023:- (1) The Andhra Pradesh Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Ordinance, 2023 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
