Section 6. State Council

6. State Council - (1) There shall be constituted a State Council to over-see the implementation of the Act, with the Chief Minister as its Chairman and such other Members as may be required, in the manner prescribed. (2) The State Council shall meet at such time and place as may be decided by the Council.
