Section 10. Period of validity of Certificate of Registration

10. Period of validity of Certificate of Registration - Every Certificate of Registration granted section 9 or as the case may be renewed under section 11, unless suspended or cancelled shall be valid for a maximum period of 3 (three) years from the date of issue.
