1. Short title, extent and commencement – (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2014. (2) It extends to the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region as declared under sub-section(1) of section 3 of this Act. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint.
