Section 127. Creation and Management of Land Development Bank

Creation and Management of Land Development Bank, - The Authority shall create and maintain Capital Region Land Development Bank in which all lands acquired, allotted, purchased or obtained through any mode shall be maintained, protected and used for the furtherance of the objectives of the Act.
