Section 71. Appeal

71. Appeal: Any decision of the Planning Officer under clauses (c), (d), (e), (f), (g) and (i) of sub-section (3) of section 69 shall forthwith communicated to the party concerned in the prescribed from and any person aggrieved by such decision may within fifteen days from the date of communication of decision, present an appeal to the Board of Appeal constituted under section 72.
