Section 73. Planning Officer to assist Board in advisory capacity

73. Planning Officer to assist Board in advisory capacity: (1) The Planning Officer shall be present at the proceedings before the Board of Appeal. (2) The Planning Officer shall not be required to give evidence in such proceedings but the President may require him to assist the Board in an advisory capacity.
