Section 89. Variation of Town Planning Scheme by another scheme

89. Variation of Town Planning Scheme by another scheme: Notwithstanding anything contained in section 87, a Town Planning Scheme at any time be varied by a subsequent scheme made, published and sanctioned in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
