This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Andhra Pradesh Decentralisation and Inclusive Development of All Regions Repeal Act, 2021 (11 of 2021); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
4. Development of Amaravati Metropolitan Region Development Area – The Government and the AMRDA shall, within the means of economic capacity and consistent with the policy of decentralized development, shall endeavour to take all steps to develop the region comprised in AMRDA.
