Section 7. Gurantee to be operative

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Andhra Pradesh Decentralisation and Inclusive Development of All Regions Repeal Act, 2021 (11 of 2021); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
7. Gurantee to be operative - Notwithstanding repealing of Act, any guarantee given for or in favour of APCRDA, with respect to any loan, lease, finance or other assistance shall continue to be operative in relation to AMRDA.
