Section 124. Oath of office

124. Oath of office - Before the Chairman or a member of the 2[Board or Committee] enters upon his office, the Executive Officer or any other officer authorised by him in this behalf shall administer to the Chairman or member the oath of office and secrecy as may be prescribed.
