Section 32. Appointment of Subordinate Officers

32. Appointment of Sub-ordinate Officers - The Government or such other authority as may be authorised by them in this behalf, shall appoint such other sub-ordinate officers with such designations and assign to them such powers and such functions as the Government may deem necessary for the purposes of this Act.
