1. Short title, extent and commencement - (1) This Act may be called 1[ Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University Act, 2008]. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 9th July, 2008.
