6. Appointment of Director, APSIRD:- The Government shall appoint a Director for APSIRD. (a) Director shall be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the APSIRDPR and work through Regional Extension Training Centers. (b) The Director shall conduct and review periodical training of the Functionaries and Staff of the GSWS Department.
