8. Appointment of additional staff:- The Commissioner/Director with prior permission of Government is authorized to,- (i) Engage and remunerate staff including Service Providers, and Consultants on contractual basis and/or (ii) Appoint aforementioned staff from the Government and/or external consultants, on contractual basis and/or deputation.
