Section 44. Apportionment of, betterment charges levied by Government

44. Apportionment of, betterment charges levied by Government – In the event of any betterment levy being imposed by the Government, the proceeds thereof in so far as they are attributable to the operations of the Corporation, shall be credited to the Corporation.
