Section 62. Delegation of powers of Corporation

62. Delegation of powers of Corporation - The Corporation may, with the previous approval of the Government, delegate any of its powers under this Act to any officer of the Government or any of its officers to permit them to re-delegate specific powers to their subordinates, by general or specific order in this behalf.
