Section 55. Recovery of dues

55. Recovery of dues - Any dues payable to the Board, not withstanding anything contained in this Act, also be recovered by the Board or its authorised representative by invoking the provisions of Act No.2 of 1864. The Andhra Pradesh Revenue Recovery Act, 1864 and shall be recovered as that of land Revenue.
