60. Endorsement of the Board security - Endorsement of a Board Security which is transferable by endorsement shall be valid when the maker or holder of the Board security signs the same in accordance with the provisions of Section 15 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Act No.26 of 1881).
