Section 29. Delegation of powers of Corporation

29. Delegation of powers of Corporation:- The Corporation may, with the previous approval of the Government, delegate any of its powers under this Act to any officer of the Government or any of its officers and permit them to re-delegate specific powers to their subordinates by general or specific order in this behalf.
