Section 34. Power to remove doubts and difficulties

34. Power to remove doubts and difficulties:- If any doubt or difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may by order make provisions or give such directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the removal of the doubt or difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two(2) years from the commencement of this Act.
