38. Repeal and Savings Ordinance No.1 of 2021:- The Andhra Pradesh Medical Education and Research Corporation (APMERC) Ordinance, 2020 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
