Section 119. Returns and Information

119. Returns and Information - (1) The Authority shall furnish to the Government such reports, returns and other information as the Government may require. (2) Every Local Authority or functional units (within the development area) shall furnish to the Authority such report, returns and other information as the Authority may require.
