Section 128. Fines to be paid to the Authority The Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region and Urban Development Authorities Act, 2016

128. Fines to be paid to the Authority - All fines imposed for an offence under this Act or any regulation made there under shall be paid into the development fund of Authority.
