1[15.A – Levy and collection of pipeline service charges user charges for sewerage systems: The Government may by notification, direct the Municipal Corporation to levy and collect user charges from every owner or occupier of a premises served by the Sewerage System of the Corporation at such rate and manner or method, to the different categories specified therein to defray the capital and operation and maintenance costs of sewerage and sewage treatment works undertaken in the Corporation: Provided that it is obligatory on the part of the owner or occupier of the premises falling in areas served, to get the premises connected to the sewerage system.]
