Section 35. Fares leviable by tramway operator

35. Fares leviable by tramway operator - (1) The tramway operator shall be entitled to charge and collect fare not exceeding the limits specified in or determined in accordance with the formula prescribed for carriage of passengers and their luggage by the tramway system. (2) A fare chart containing fares authorized to be levied shall be exhibited in such languages and in such manner, including on or about the carriages, as may be prescribed.
