1[36A. Application of Chapter XIII-A of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964- The provisions of Chapter XIII-A containing Sections 115-A and 115-B of the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1964 shall mutatis, mutandis apply to all Co-operative Banks. Explanation: - For the purposes of this section a "Co-operative Bank” means a society registered under this Act, which is doing the business of Banking as defined in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (Central Act 10 of 1949).]
