Section 8. Pawn ticket to be given to pawner

8. Pawn ticket to be given to pawner- Every Pawn Broker shall on taking a pledge in pawn, give to the pawner, a pawn-ticket in the prescribed form, and shall not take a pledge in pawn unless the pawner takes the pawn-ticket.
