Section 14. Protection of persons acting in good faith

14. Protection of persons acting in good faith- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall be instituted against the competent authority or any person exercising powers under this Act, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
