The Andhra Pradesh Re-enacting and Repealing Act, 1974.

1. Short title – (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Re-enacting and Repealing Act, 1974.

2. Re-enactment of certain President’s Acts – The following President’s Acts are hereby re-enacted, namely:- (1) The Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Amendment Act, 1973 (Act 1 of 1973). (2) The Public Wakfs (Extension of Limitation) Andhra Pradesh Amendment Act, 1973 (Act 4 of 1973).

3. Repeal of certain other President’s Acts – The following President’s Acts are hereby repealed, namely:- (1) The Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation (Amendment) Act, 1973 (Act 2 of 1973). (2) The Andhra Pradesh Entertainments Tax (Amendment) Act, 1973 (Act 3 of 1973).
