Section 11. Disqualification for membership of the Authority and its Committees

11.Disqualification for membership of the Authority and its Committees - A person shall be disqualified from being appointed or continuing as a member of Authority or any committee of the authority, if he/she- (i) is medically found or declared to be of unsound mind ; (ii)is a person who having being declared an insolvent or bankrupt under any law in force, is a undischarged insolvent or bankrupt;
