Section 19. Licensing Authority THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE AQUACULTURE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ACT, 2020.

19.Licensing Authority - The Collector or any other Fisheries Department Officer empowered by the Aquaculture Controller shall act as the Licensing Authority.
