Section 13. Officers and employees of the State Audit Department to be Public servants

13. Officers and employees of the State Audit Department to be Public servants - The Director or any other person appointed to exercise any of the powers or perform any of the functions under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant with in the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. (Central Act 45 of 1860).
