Section 15. Amendment of the Schedule

15. Amendment of the Schedule - The Government may by notification and for reasons to be recorded therein, add any other authorities to or omit any such authority from the Schedule and on the publication of such notification such authority shall be deemed to be included in, or as the case may be, omitted from the schedule.
