4.Shareholding Pattern and Board of Directors - The shareholding pattern and composition of the Board of Directors of the Corporation shall be as per G.O.Ms. No. 80 Finance (PMU – CASPS, FC&IF) Department,dated 27-08-2020, and further orders issued by Government from time-to-time under the applicable rules.
