Section 21. Purposes of Fund

21. Purposes of Fund- The Fund shall be devoted to the following purposes: (a) the payment of the expenses of, or connected with, the administration of the Authority or Commission; and (b) the payment of all expenses necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act and any regulations made thereunder.
