Section 27. Other financial provisions

27. Other financial provisions- (1) The financial provisions set out in the Second Schedule shall have effect with respect to an Authority or Commission. (2) A council shall be authorised to maintain an independent account, for receipt and expenditure of moneys from the Fund, conforming to the provisions of this Act.
