This Act was repealed on 31 July 2023 by the Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad (Repeal) Act, 2023 (44 of 2023); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title, extent and commencement - (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad Act, 1986. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
