Section 6. Meeting of the Governing Council

This Act was repealed on 31 July 2023 by the Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad (Repeal) Act, 2023 (44 of 2023); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
6. Meeting of the Governing Council - (1) The Governing Council shall hold ordinary meetings at such intervals as may be prescribed in the regulations and meeting may be convened by the Chairman at any time for the transaction of any urgent business. (2) The number of members necessary to constitute a quorum at a meeting and the procedure to be followed thereat shall be such as may be provided in the regulations.
