5. Constitution executive committee - (1) There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following members, namely:- (a) Managing Director of the Corporation; Chairman; (b) Engineer-in-Chief, Irrigation Department, Hyderabad ; Member; (c) Chief Accounts and Finance Officer of the Corporation ; Member; (d) Representative of the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation; Member; (e) Chief Engineer, Public Health Department; Member; (f) Representatives of the Departments of Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development and Industries Members (2) The powers, functions and duties of the Executive Committee shall be such as may be laid down by regulations.
