This Act was repealed on 6 August 1990 by the Andhra Pradesh Yogadhyayana Parishad (Repeal) Act, 1990 (18 of 1990), s.3(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
1. Short title, extent and commencement - (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Yogadhyayana Parishad Act, 1987. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
