Section 32. Repeal.

32. Repeal. (1) The Antiquities (Export Control) Act, 1947 (3 of 1947) is hereby repealed. (2) For the removal of doubts it is hereby declared that every licence issued under section 3 of the Act repealed under sub-section (1) and in force at the commencement of this Act shall, notwithstanding that the period specified therein has not expired, cease to be in force.
