1. (1) This Act may be called the "The Arunachal Pradesh Airport Area Planning and Development Authority Act, 2023". (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette (3) It shall apply to the Airport Area specified in the Schedule hereto and to such other areas, with effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
