11. Restriction on sharing information : (1) No identity information and photograph of Arun Parivar Patra card holder collected under this Act and Arun Parivar Patra ID shall be shared with anyone, for any reason whatsoever, except in accordance with the provisions of this Act. (2) Arun Parivar Patra ID,identity information and photograph shall not be published, displayed or posted publicly, except for such purposes, as may be prescribed. (3) Arun Parivar Patra ID,identity information and photograph may be used by the Government for identifying beneficiaries for welfare schemes and disseminating information in case of natural calamities/disasters in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
