Section 27. Grants by the State Government to the Authority

27. Grants by the State Government to the Authority : The State Government shall, after due appropriation made by the State Legislature by law in this behalf, pay to the Authority by way of grants such sum of money as the State Government may think fit for being utilize for the purposes of this Act.
