34. Penalty for unauthorized use by requesting entity : Whoever, being a requesting entity, uses the identity information of an individual in contravention of Section 12 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees and shall be liable to compensate the person who is adversely affected by such contravention.
