6. Power of the SWCA : (1) Prescribe services to be made available on the SWP through notification. (2) Delegate the responsibility of processing an application and carrying out relevant inspections to a Designated Officer; (3) Prescribe the mode and procedure for delivery of services and disposal of applications through the online portal through notification.
