Section 25. Compensation of water

This Act was repealed on 11 May 2026 by the Arunachal Pradesh Fire and Emergency Services Act, 2026 (Act 12 of 2026), s.73 (it names "the Arunachal Pradesh Fires Service Force Act, 1991 (Act No. 1 of 1991)"), in force on its publication in the Official Gazette, 11 May 2026; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
25. No charge shall be made by any local authority for water consumed in fire fighting operations by the force.
