Section 3. Maintenance of Fire Force

This Act was repealed on 11 May 2026 by the Arunachal Pradesh Fire and Emergency Services Act, 2026 (Act 12 of 2026), s.73 (it names "the Arunachal Pradesh Fires Service Force Act, 1991 (Act No. 1 of 1991)"), in force on its publication in the Official Gazette, 11 May 2026; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
3. There shall be maintained by the Government a force to be called the Arunachal Pradesh Fire Service Force for the purpose of this Act.
