Section 30. General penalty.

This Act was repealed on 11 May 2026 by the Arunachal Pradesh Fire and Emergency Services Act, 2026 (Act 12 of 2026), s.73 (it names "the Arunachal Pradesh Fires Service Force Act, 1991 (Act No. 1 of 1991)"), in force on its publication in the Official Gazette, 11 May 2026; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
30. Whoever contravenes any provision of this Act and where no separate penalty is provided shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees, or with both .
